  • Open the Jell-O packets and pour the contents into three separate bowls. Boil some water. One by one, add 1 cup (250ml) of boiling water to each bowl (3 cups in total). Stir thoroughly to ensure no undissolved particles remain in your jellies. Set the bowls aside to cool completely, but not for too long, so the mixture does not begin to solidify.
  • In a separate large bowl, pour the evaporated milk. Using a hand mixer set on high, mix the milk for about 3-5 minutes until it becomes foamy and resembles whipped cream. Set the bowl aside.
  • Divide the milk into three equal parts. Add 1/3 of the milk to each bowl containing the cooled Jell-O. Using a hand mixer, thoroughly mix the contents of each bowl.
  • Prepare a springform pan. Using regular tablespoons (soup spoons), pour 4-5 spoonfuls of each color into the center of the pan, creating a layered effect.
  • Simply layer each color on top of one another in the pan, alternating flavors (colors) as you go.
  • Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of two hours to allow the dessert to set properly.
  • Serve the dessert as is or topped with whipped cream and sprinkles for an extra festive touch.

Notes

The texture of the dessert will be soft and cloud-like. For a firmer cake, reduce the amount of water added to the Jell-O mixture. Instead of 1 cup (250ml), use 150-200ml.
