Start with laying out one tortilla. Using kitchen scissors, make a cut from the bottom to the center of the tortilla.
One by one spread a thin layer of beans (first quarter), salsa, lettuce or spinach leaves + ham and shredded cheese at the end.
Gently start folding the quarters.
Cheese layer should be the last. In order for it to melt, it needs to be close to the heat source (bottom of the frying pan).
Using a non stick skillet, add 1tbsp. of neutral oil. Place the wrap in the center (ham side down) and sauté until golden. Turn around and repeat the process.
