  • Start with laying out one tortilla. Using kitchen scissors, make a cut from the bottom to the center of the tortilla. One by one spread a thin layer of beans (first quarter), salsa, lettuce or spinach leaves + ham and shredded cheese at the end.
  • Gently start folding the quarters.
  • Cheese layer should be the last. In order for it to melt, it needs to be close to the heat source (bottom of the frying pan).
  • Using a non stick skillet, add 1tbsp. of neutral oil. Place the wrap in the center (ham side down) and sauté until golden. Turn around and repeat the process. Serve warm.
