Crunchy Waffles
Get ready to fall in love with your new favorite Crunchy Waffles recipe—it's crispy, delicious, and sure to become a breakfast staple! I've been making waffles for years and tried at least a dozen recipes and mixes. Many were tasty, but none resembled my perfect waffle—crunchy outside and soft inside. The inspiration came from Samin Nosrat's book, “Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat,” where she suggested melting butter for crisp waffles. I also added a bit of potato starch for extra crispiness. This recipe surpasses all my previous attempts, and it's a family favorite.
