This is a very special pumpkin bread recipe. It comes from the “Joy of Cooking” book. The loaf can be made with any mushed squash, sweet potatoes, yams or pumpkin. What makes it truly unique is the addition of spices, nuts and dried fruit.
These pumpkin muffins are soft and full of flavor with just a hint of orange, cinnamon and nutmeg. They will lift your mood and will make you feel warm on a cold morning.
This recipe for Pumpkin Cheesecake by Emeril Lagasse came to me by chance. I was immediately drawn to it in one of my feeds for its simple ingredients and easy-to-follow steps. I knew right away that I could bake this cheesecake with ease and decided to give it a try.
The result exceeded my expectations. This is by far one of the best tasting cheesecakes I have ever made.
