Instructions
In a large salad bowl mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and celery salt. Whisk until no lumps are visible. Add coleslaw mix. Stir well and let rest for about 10min.
Sprinkle with parsley and season with pepper. Stir and serve.
This salad will last in the fridge for up tp 3 days.
Recipe Notes
This recipe comes with a light amount of dressing, resulting in delicate and not over saturated salad. If the seasonings are too light, add 1tsp. of vinegar and 1tsp. of sugar in addition to the recipe.
