I needed to create a dish that could be quickly prepared while satisfying everyone’s taste buds. With a freezer always stocked with ground meat, I sought a versatile meal solution. Drawing from traditional Eastern European cuisine, I crafted a recipe reminiscent of the beloved “Zrazy”.
