Ingredients
  • 1 heaping cup of frozen wild blueberries (Slightly thawed.)
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup whole milk (Milk substitute can be used instead.)
  • 2 tbsp full fat yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Lightly thaw the blueberries, then use a fork to gently mash them. Add the milk, yogurt, honey, and chia seeds. Stir everything together until well combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, until thickened.
