Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Balsamic Vinaigrette is one of the most used/versatile dressings. It pairs well with most greens and vegetables and the salad will complement meat or protein. My liking of this simple dressing started with a small lunch place I frequently visit. I noticed there that no matter what kind of salad plate I ordered, balsamic vinaigrette completes it best. When I make it at home, I often end up with too much dressing. Therefore, today I am offering a one-serving recipe. It can be easily doubled, tripled... etc. I always miss having recipes for small amounts of dressing as I am often the only one at home eating salad. This is the fastest dressing to make and it only requires three ingredients. My absolute favorite. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
  1. Put vinegar, vegetable oil and Dijon mustard into a small container with lid. Shake vigorously for 30sec.
