Fried Zucchini

Sometimes what we need or crave are the simplest foods. Fried zucchini is one of them for me. This is one of the least complicated recipes you’ll ever make, yet one of the unforgettable ones. I love zucchini and am always on the lookout for new recipes. This one is my favorite for the days when I crave eating light or when I am looking for a side dish that is elegant, pleasantly surprising with its elegant flavor, and fast to make.
